All orders are shipped within 48 hours. Once processed for shipping, you will receive notifications of with your tracking number.

If you experience a non-delivery or your tracking information states that your package was delivered by the carrier but you have not received it; you must contact the carrier. If items are damaged during transit you must file a complaint with your carrier.

Wholesale BangBang does not hold or accept responsibility for packages that have been reported as delivered by carrier. We do not issue refunds or credits for packages that the carrier confirms as being delivered. There are NO EXCEPTIONS.

Please ensure that your billing and shipping address are correct prior to completion of your order. Due to cardholder security, we will not update shipping addresses. Packages that are 'returned to sender' due to incorrect shipping information provided by the customer, will be issued a store credit minus the shipping cost.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

We ship to most international countries. Transit time can vary depending on what option you select. Post Priority Mail-Transit time varies 7-14 business days. For this shipping option, your order is shipped with the U.S. Postal Service. Once your package reaches your country, it will be transferred to your local mail carrier who will then fulfill your delivery. This can take anywhere from 3-5 business day.

Please note: International shipments may be subject to import taxes, duties, and custom fees which are levied. Once your package reaches the country of destination, and are the sole responsibility of the customer. Wholesale bang bang cannot predict what your particular duties, taxes, cut off fees may be. Wholesale bang bang is not responsible for payment of customs, taxes and duties. For more information regarding your countries custom policies, please contact your local customs office. Orders that are refused will be charged the original shipping plus return shipping to us, or subject to become a total loss.

 

Return Policy:

14 Day exchange policy. We do not give cash/credit back. Must have original packaging and receipt. Items cannot be damaged, stained or worn. 

All sales, discount items, and items purchased with a store credit or considered final sale. 

Returned item should be unused and unworn and must be returned in original packaging with any enclosed packing slips. We will issue a store credit upon receipt, excluding the original delivery charge. There are no refunds, no exceptions! 

Please email us at wholesalebangbang@gmail.com for a return merchandise approval. No returns will be accepted without a RMA.

Items purchased with a discount code or final sales. 

Returned items will be accepted only after a thorough inspection of the item. If an item appears to be worn or damaged due to customer error, it will not be accepted. 

Please only send returns via USPS. The items is your responsibility until it reaches us. Therefore, for your own protection, we recommend that you send the parcel using a delivery service that ensures you for the value of goods. 

The cost of shipping the items to us is your responsibility. Please do not send via FedEx or UPS. Delivery charges are only refundable where goods are faulty and a return is made. 

 

Please note that if your item is returned to us due to insufficient address, we will require you to pay a standard shipping fee of $14 to have the items returned to the correct address. No exceptions will be made. 

Please also note we will exchange an item if it is faulty, after a thorough check of the item. Please allow seven working days for an exchange to be processed. Credit amounts do not cover shipping and handling.
